From Sage's website (6/12):

We plan to release the IPAWS support firmware before 1:00pm EDT today.

Looks like the next couple of weeks are gonna be busy.  I might try waiting until 2am tomorrow morning before trying to download the update.

Update works it seems.  No issues.  Thanks.

Are they sending out tests now every day at 11 local or is it still just on Mondays?  Thanks!

There was another update from Sage this morning.  Apparently the 88.x update had some issues with some DNS configurations, so Sage released 89.x to (supposedly) cure that problem.

All the ones I have updated so far have the CAP settings button.  However, if your CAP status is "ok" you should be golden.  4 units updated yesterday, 15 more to go!

Updated 7 boxes with no issues, glad I waited for the update rather than putting in some of the illicit server addresses that were floating out there.

So my boxes all have the apps.fema.gov entry, is there anything else I need to add?  We are located in Wisconsin, and I'm curious how I would find out if there is another server I should be looking at?  And if so, do I need to add filtering much like I do the "over the air" alerts, or is this just treated like another source and the filtering I've set up still applies?  Thanks.

I also logged into the webinar FEMA put on last week outlining the June 30th deadline. If anyone wants to check it out, then follow this link.

Thanks for the link 65.  I finally took some time this morning to watch it and they mentioned the PEP stations along with their 'station in a box' build-out; additionally, they mentioned WBT in Charlotte, NC.

I wanted to see the facility on Google Earth as well as on radio-locator.com and was surprised to see that it's not licensed.... http://radio-locator.com/info/WBT-AM

Couldn't find a current license on fcc.gov either.

Don't need a license for an auxillary transmitter.
The transmitter will use the current licensed facilities (phasor/ATUtower(s).
