United States Department of Justice Ordered Divestiture of Radio Stations.
Media Services Group has been retained to offer and manage the sale of the properties being held in trust by Potential Broadcasting, LLC, as trustee, as a result of the Cumulus-Citadel merger.
The stations being offered are: WCAT-FM, (FCC ID 74557), Carlisle, PA, and WTPA (FM),(FCC ID 12050), Palmyra, PA, both serving the Harrisburg, Lebanon and Carlisle ARB market. The stations may be purchased individually or in combination.
