NJ-101.5 Morning man Jim Gearhart was interviewed by Michael Aron on NJTV's "On The Record" last week.

Gearhart has done mornings since WKXW started "talking Jersey" twenty years ago, and he runs down some of the history of the station,  how he puts his show together, as well as details of his broadcasting background.

Among the interesting details is how consultant Walt Sabo picked Gearhart for the morning slot, and how the station got into politics after that.
