Rifleman, Peter Gunn and Daniel Boone have been on MeTV anyway. Is Tarzan the 1960's version with Ron Ely? I grew up on Saturday afternoon reruns of that show back in the 70's. I haven't seen it in nearly 30 years.

Those shows are not even bottom of the barrel. They are below the barrel 3 feet down underground.

I wouldn't mind seeing some of Abbott and Costello's bits from the Colgate Comedy Hour, but ONLY their segments and nothing else.

I've read elsewhere that the main content will be the Martin and Lewis segments.. The programming may not be top of the line, but It's different-To me it's another choice..Nothing wrong with that..

All of these are shows now controlled by SFM Entertainment, who used syndicate those 'SFM Holiday Network' movies during holidays in the 1980s. ( You may be familiar with their vanity card.) Wow, it doesn't get more pitiful than that. Those shows are not even bottom of the barrel. They are below the barrel 3 feet down underground.
What's your gauge for them being 'bottom of the barrel'--simply not being as popular as other classic shows, or something else?

The "new" RTV shows have at least 2 seasons on the air, (assuming Tarzan is the Ron Ely Version) so they were somewhat popular in their time. The reality is, RTV can't afford the top old shows like MeTV and Antenna TV. So they have to go a different direction-There's not a thing wrong with that..

The Real McCoys was a top 10 hit for two season and a top 20 hit for two more seasons. I have never seen it in reruns.

And, having been on ABC for every season except the final one, that was a coup in itself, to get ratings like that. ABC was almost a "netlet" back in the day. cd
