Chris Kelly To The Fish In Portland - Hisair.Net

KFIS/Portland (104.1 The Fish) has named Chris Kelly PD. Kelly will replace Dave Arthur who is relocating back to his hometown and joining KTSY/Boise starting in August. Dave Arthurs last day at The Fish hasn't yet been determined as he helps with the transition, but this Friday, June 22, will be Dave's final day on the morning show ... in addition to his birthday!

Kelly was most recently with Cox radio programming as KKCM/Tulsa (Spirit 102.3). Chris will start at KFIS on Monday June 25th. (6/20)

He did a great job with KKCM beating KXOJ in several books.  He will do well for Salem.

It appears that Spirit 102.3 is back on the air at 95.5 HD2.  Heard it tonight.  I think it is also on the cable.  I hope Chris is helping them with the music.
