LOCAL COMPUTER CALL-IN SHOW ?
« on: June 30, 2012, 03:06:36 PM »

Does any Dallas station have a ** LOCALLY PRODUCED ** computer/technology call-in show?  If so, what station and time.

One of our locals had one about ten years ago with Larry Shannon and Gail Lightfoot plus a host.  I know Larry wasn't the host.

Mick Williams had Cyberline.  I can't recall if it started on KSKY, KLIF or KRLD.

Anything would be better than Kim Komando.  Some of the solutions on that show are beyond laughable.

Leo Laporte is the best syndicated Tech Show. Kim Komando is horrible.

That show was KLIF.  It ran on Saturday afternoons.  I can't recall the name, but I did board op that show many times.

John Staples from Computer Junction had a local show several years ago that ran on KLIF and I think Gail was his co-host.

@salemjedi -- Mick Williams comes on Charley Jones' show once a month for a couple of hours to do a deep night computer show.
