Frances Dinglasan ABC7 (KGO-TV)

Nice to see ABC7 allowing Frances Dinglasan to spread her wings and do the weather report instead of traffic.
She filled in for Lisa Argen. Frances did a very nice job in delivering the weather.

Frances has filled in for other Weekend Weather Crew since 2007. I know Larry Beil has Anchored the ABC7 News at 4pm since last year and Later doing the Sports reports at 6pm, 9pm and 11pm. Also of course Brian Copeland doing both the KGO-AM talk and the now defunct show 7Live.
