Can someone explain why 101.5 cant move closer to Denver?

KOSI 101.1 and 101.9.  FCC spacing rules don't allow it to be too close to those two stations.

Anything they put on 101.5 won't work because of their signal issues. If they moved further west, it would do a lot better. But, like most Rhythmic Oldies stations, they shift to more current product because the novelty wares off. To Jammin, I'll listen regardless instead of whining about it!
Keep in mind that while most people can't receive the station outside of their car radios, there are people with smartphones with the TuneIn Radio who can listen to the station that way.  If they don't like the station, they'll switch to another station just like they would on a car radio

In short, reception on a radio doesn't matter in this mad, mad, mad, mad, mad smartphone world we live in now
