WBWT-LP channel 38 will switch from Azteca America to MundoFox.  Apparently, the owner is going to be in on the soft launch tomorrow (8/1).  The network launches formally on 8/13, although some stations aren't slated to switch until as late as 9/15.

I wonder why WBWT-38 still hasn't gone on the digital converter box, so I won't be able to watch Mundofox, and I gave up cable. Did Azteca America go out of business? Tom

Nobody knows why they haven't flash cut to digital yet, except perhaps the people at Adelante Media. They do have a construction permit to do so. It would make sense, since I really don't think there's that many people still watching analog.

As for Azteca America, it's still around. However, as of next week, they will lose their Milwaukee affiliate, as well as affiliation on sister stations in Salt Lake City and Sacramento.
