Who in Sacramento is running HD at this point?
« on: July 10, 2012, 03:55:01 PM »

No serious, not bashing.  I don't have a radio myself so I was hoping someone could enlighten me.

The reason I ask?

I notice I can hear adjacent out of market stations a lot easier as of late.  Of course that could be due to thermal ducting but I thought I'd ask around.

Thank you but that list is incorrect.  I have heard from many that KSFM and KNCI both have their HD off.  What I am looking for is a first hand account from someone that has a radio.  Aside from what the HD Radio site says, is their really anything worth listening to on HD in Sacramento?

I'm surprised they put smooth jazz on 93.1.  I would have expected CC to put it on 93.7 for better market penetration.  Is 93.7 running HD and if so, what format do they have on their HD2?

My bad. KQJK is running an hd2 with some kind of alternative ? rock (Wheezer and the like) also V101.1 running a dance music format on hd.2 . KSEG The Delta 96.9 hd-2 blues channel has also restored their music title text info. that was missing for a while.

Not long I think.

Interesting choice of format with KNTY and KNCI in the market.

What type of country?  Modern or Classic?
