The Spectrum
« on: July 10, 2012, 08:56:52 PM »

I noticed this a while ago when I started to not enjoy the playlist as much...but when did The Spectrum become a "Adult Album Rock" station? I thought it was AAA --Adult Album Alternative.

They are playing too much Classic Rock for my taste--especially considering the number of Classic Rock stations already available.

It's a more recent change. And I agree, it should remain a true AAA, as I like the format a lot and want it to stay pure.

yes the Spectrum has changed,  to the point where everytime I hear David Bowie, the Police and Talking Heads I change channels.  A sprinkling of these artists would be ok,  but 4 to 6 songs per day from non-current artists?
