Kevin Legrett is expanding his Clear Channel Rochester empire. I don't see any specifics, but you've got to believe that Syracuse and Binghamton will come under his purview. Somehow, this doesn't sound like good news for any long-time managers there. Could there be another round of cuts coming from Clear Channel? Is a Rochester hub in Syracuse's future?
