January 3rd - A big day for radio
« on: January 02, 2006, 09:33:07 AM »

I can't remember a day where so many new programs and new stations will be heard for the first time:

First show for Adam Carolla
First show for David Lee Roth
First show in many big markets for Rover
First show for Penn Jillette
Tom Leykis first show for Chicago and Phoenix
First day of Free FM NY
First day of Free FM Phoenix
First show in phoenix for Frosty Heidi and Frank

Will be quite interesting to see how everything goes off

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe Tom was on in both Phoenix and Chicago (at night, tape delayed for the latter) previously.

You are correct but airing live in both markets is a first I believe.
