Did Howard leave his "How To Do Radio" manual at O-Rock?
« on: January 09, 2006, 08:11:35 PM »

so...3 Weeks of the "Morning After Show"...and a week of the night show on ORock 105.9...and ill tell you what...

between gaining "panties on a banner" in mornings...and..."get your mom naked and ill give you concert tickets" at nights...things are sounding kinda familiar...

sounding VERY familiar...

come on now...im not blaming the talents, because they dont know any better, and im not just saying its Orock...there is ALOT of washed up recycled bad talent in this market...but...

im blaming the people who are giving them the jobs!!!...what do you expect from these unoriginal people?!...when is someone gonna bring in someone to push the barrier...when is someone going bring in someone to do something different...

and when i say different i mean...entertaining, funny, talented, good, smart radio...

unfortunately, there isnt a show or jock(s) in orlando that can be like that...it cant go on like this forever...something has to change...it has to start somewhere...

Ain't these message boards great!  People don't have to identify themselves while making a pathetic attempt at stirring things up without really knowing what they are talking about.  Appearently, this clown heard 1 portion of two shows and has come to these judgements with amazing finality.  My guess is he is a guy wearing a tie in the Clear Channel building...not that there is anything wrong with that.  I will make this proposition to Mr. Crazy, however:  based on your bold prediction that the O-Rockians will be wearing cowboy hats and intro-ing Garth Brooks songs while saying Y'ALL in 6 months.  I say that THE MORNING AFTER SHOW will still be on...as will O-Rock...past your 6-month prediction...and when that happens YOU will donate $250 to the charity of my choice.  Whaddya say?  I will even sign my name.
