Format Change for KCCL-FM 101.9?
« on: January 15, 2006, 01:52:52 PM »

When I visited the website of KCCL 101.9, all it said was "Under Construction." Does that mean there's a format change on the horizon? I hope not.

Its been that way since the "Boss Radio" format started. Have they played "House of the Rising Sun" by Fridjid Pink yet?

The day they start playing Frijid Pink's version of "House of the Rising Sun" is the day I put a KCCL sticker on my car and a "Boss Radio" sign in front of my house.  Can "Earthradio for Northern Califonia-101.9-KCCL" be far behind if that happens?  Only in my dreams !!! : ) ..."Coming up next we have some Robin Trower from the 'Bridge of Sighs'album.  This is Dave Whittaker, and it's straight up, eight o'clock on the nut..here on KSFM, Woodland....Earthradio for Nothern California...."

Allison is correct, they have had an "Under Construction" sign on their website since they realigned their Oldies format last August to 70s and 80s "Gold."
