She Wants Revenge - These Things
« on: January 24, 2006, 03:46:50 PM »

This song is seriously rocking my iTunes playlist right now. I think it's the best new song of 2006 so far. SWR is dark and hot at the same time. What other tracks/bands are really doing it for you guys right now ?

The best new album out there right now is the debut by Clap Your Hands Say Yeah.

I'm diggin "Never Take Friendship Personal" by Anberlin.  Yeah it's been out for a year, but it's just getting pushed now.  And "Paperthin Hymn" isn't the strongest song off the album by FAR.  Hoping for good things for these guys.

Songs:
We Are Scientists - Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt
Athlete - Half Light
Matisyahu - King Without A Crown (It grew on me)

Albums:
System Of A Down - Hypnotise (Older but I only just bought it in December)
Foo Fighters -In Your Honor Disk 2 (I just got it the other day. Disk 2 is much mellower then Disk 1 which DOA and Best Of You is off of. Definately some of the best stuff I've heard in awhile)

I really like these guys too. I've only heard 'Upon this tidal wave of young blood'. What other tracks catch your attention ?
