With this lineup, Must-See TV would definitely be back...

8:00: MY NAME IS EARL
8:30: SCRUBS

(Both have alot of cartoonish effects to it, a perfect couple. Plus Earl & Scrubs are perfect shows for the 8:00 hour)

9:00: THE OFFICE
9:30: ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT

(I know FOX is considered a big network, but we all know that NBC is still considered a much larger network than FOX. I'd imagine THE OFFICE & ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT share a similar audience; on paper it just looks a perfect combo.)

10:00: ER, of course, when will this show have a swan song?

Nah, I think it's to the point where Earl has to lead-off, and Scrubs will play back-up. It's a veteran show, and would serve as a pretty good bridge from Earl to The Office.

Earl then office. Best bet because ratings show a gluer.
Scrubs can go into reruns more frequently than the other two.
once the viewer sees a rerun, the assumption is that the other show(s) are in rerun mode too, then they wander off...
