When are people going to stop playing into Howard Stern's little self-serving publicity games?
Stern can bitch and moan all he wants but the fact is that he's kidding himself if he figured that masses of radio listeners were going to flock to Sirius and shell out good money for satellite radios and monthly fees just to hear his ranting five hours a day. Four million subscribers; BIG DEAL! There are more people listening to terrestrial radio in New York City than Sirius or XM combined.
If people want to write about Stern then post messages on the Sirius Satellite Board, not here. Stern is no longer a part of terrestrial radio and I for one could give two sh**s about what happens to him. And NO it's not professional jealously that prompted me to write this post. It's just that I'm sick and tired of reading about the guy. Like Don Imus, Stern's act became stale years ago.

I can't be the only one who was disappointed that the thread wasn't about Jack Armstrong and a new gig...though the first reply subject change pretty much ruled that out. Cheesy
