'The Peak' Returns To Colorado Springs

CITADEL Oldies KSPZ/COLORADO SPRINGS flipped to AC "THE NEW PEAK FM" this morning (10/5), using the slogan "A Mountain of Favorite Songs." The market's previous "PEAK," KRDO, flipped from Hot AC to Country in July.

So how does this station sound? Is the music mix hipper than KKLI? Is it still very gold based or do they play some currents as well? How does the airstaff sound? Does the imaging make the station sound fun or is it typical of most A/C's?
