I have gotten the chance to listen to alot of meridian radio during the summer and here are my thoughts, not impressed! WOKK replaced their am show with a CHR jock and hired an attractive ladie for his partner. Hey,folks, this is RADIO,LOOKS-TALENT=CRAPPY AM MORNING SHOW! MISS 101, not much better,Scotty Ray and Debbie in the morning sound unprepared for any subject they start to talk about unless it is a live spot, even the live spots sound like they are reading straight off their information sheet.WMOX is ok if you like talk news talk radio.Bill Reedy and friends are not that great.I haven't listened to Much more than that. What ever happened to local morning shows in Meridian that used to be fun and entertaining? Someone please find Mark Murphy,Doc and the Kenman or the Q morning zoo ,Even the old WOKK Breakfast bunch with Becky,Earl,And Jay King was more entertaining than the live AM shows we have now. They made going to school alot of fun!! These are just my thoughts.Does anyone else any?

You can catch Jay King's entertaining and fun self in the afternoons on 101. Have you listened enough to know that he is on there or do you just do your consulting in the mornings?

Were you out of town or here all summer. You said in an earlier post Jay that you had been gone for along time and had not heard any Meridian radio. Just curious. Seems to me you just have it out for radio in Meridian. Where do you crack your mike? Maybe you could give us some tips. Can't get Earl back. Sorry to say.
