Don't know about 95.1, but Power 92.3 is becoming Power 98.3 any day now, with a simulcast on both frequencies for a few weeks.  That's probably the station that's looking for people.

Why wouldn't they? They seem to almost be there already. The only difference between them and Power is that Power seems to be focusing more lately on the african american community in Phoenix which happens to be about 6% or less (great move) or so low that arbitron doesn't even list that percentage (N/A) and Club 95 is focusing more on the latino/bilingual community which is liste by arbirton at 26.5%. If Club 95 were smart they would play only the stuff that makes sense for them and start to take control now before the frequency change happens. Now with Rick Thomas as consultant, It'll be interesting to see what heppens in the next few months.

Power 98.3 is fully staffed with the same talent that was on 92.3. I've noticed that 95.1 has invested in busboards to promote their slight image change (they happened to drop the "Club" from their name and added ".1" to 95, but still call themselves "Latino Vibe"). 97.5 has anemic ratings with its "Star" format, and if they can't build a listener base after a year, will Trumper throw in the towel and try something else, urban or not?
