So how is KVMX sounding?

Anyone think that Movin' will do well in Portland?

MOVIN in Seattle owns the market 18-34, obliterating KBKS and JACK while cutting in to KUBE.  It will do the same to Z-100 and Charlie here from my point of view.  Talent will be the key down the road and Infinity seems committed to the format.   Funny to hear Murdoch on in Portland after he failed in Seattle.  How are his numbers here?  Has the station improved or declined since he arrived.  Kent and Alan (not very talented) were able to kill him in Seattle.  The talent in Portland is among the best I have heard in the Country.  Better than LA, Seattle or SF in my opinion.   Best Country battle I have ever heard.  MOVIN will do very well here, having watched the first launch in Seattle and listening to the stellar launch in LA and Philly.  Hang on Portland, things are a changin.

That is NOT TRUE! Prove your statement! Movin had moderate gain in Seattle but it is not a top 10 player and their talent is launching with a shakey round up at best.

It took Bruce Murdock 28 years to "fail" in Seattle!  I have to think the "failure" was not that of Murdock but rather elsewhere.

Stellar launch in L.A.? Have you checked the ratings?  It is off to a slow start - although I'm sure with the marketing and Dees it will improve. I don't think the ratings they have would be considered stellar...
