Strait jackets are harder to get out of if someone else has the key, or commitment papers.

The key, or commitment papers can help put someone away for a long time but nothing takes you out of the loop like death.

Death is eventually more of an equalizer than you could even hope for from the mid-80s show [wasn't it? too lazy to google] "The Equalizer."

The Equalizer was some kind of cop show, I think, but right now I'm thinking that Dick Clark is engaged in a good old fashioned game of Pyramid with our good friend Anyacat.

Anyacat loved word games so she's probably 'splaining to Dick how, as good a game as Pyramid was, it could be even better.  Maybe using haikus.

Our good friend Anyacat probably will be giving Dick Clark advice, but she is already friends with Edward Woodward.

Edward Woodward is perhaps more recognized from exposure on CBS than Dick Clark's 2000 game show, "Winning Lines."

"Winning Lines" is something I've never seen or heard of but I'm sure it would have been a lot more successful if it had been hosted by Megan McCormick.

Megan McCormick and people worldwide are mourning Dick Clark today as we all wonder who can ring in the New Year quite like he did.

Quite like he did is no longer an option because no one can take his place and that includes that Ryan Seacrest fella.

That Ryan Seacrest fella probably shouldn't make any plans for New Year's for the next sixty years.
