Along with a dozen or more on the "off the air" board, our contributors decided to overlook Kenny's poor sentence structure because he's such a great guy and we were afraid that if we came down on him to harshly he would leave and take his CD's and albums featuring the greatest hits of the 70's and 80's with him.

With him around, you'll get to page 2230 no problem!

No problem getting to page 2230 but we're all going to have to pick up the pace if we want to be around to see The FWG (or TFWG as some prefer) reach 10,000 pages.

Pages of the FWG (or TFWG as some prefer) are rarely stained by random, skimpy contributions.
We don't need to pad our numbers like that. Here, it's all about quality, not quantity. That's why Megan McCormick and Olivia Newton-John and band camp and PowerWorld enterprises are frequent topics.

Random, skimpy contributions are welcome if they help our cause but we much prefer well thought out and well structured contributions.

Well thought out and well structured contributions are usually what we get here at the FWG (or TFWG as some prefer), but we also accept the occasional random, skimpy contribution because we all know that everyone has off days.

Off days for me are Saturdays and Sundays but I wouldn't mind working Saturday or Sunday in exchange for a day off during the week.

A day off during the week just doesn't happen for me, unless it's a holiday or I request the day off.

I request the day off on occasion if I've earned enough time off so that I can reenergize myself.

I can reenergise myself or I can use Duracells, because apart from the fact that Duracells actually *do* keep going and going and going and going and going and going and going and going and going, you really can't top the Copper Top.
Oh, and did you know that the Energizer Bunny was actually a ripoff of Duracell's original mascot?

I am now posting aircheck files and such on Youtube under https://youtube.com/user/oldradiotapes on an experimental basis. When downloading any of these files, please use only the type 22 (720-P) option when available, as it provides the highest-fidelity audio (MP4/192k AAC).
