I may very well like, or not like, artificially inflated numbers (I don't) but my point was not to harass the new guy but to harass the regulars for not couselling the new guy at the time on what to do and what not to do.
After all, he's here to learn from us and he can't learn if we just ignore it.

What to do and what not to do are covered in detail in the employee manual and handbook which the new guy should have received a copy of at the first day of his PowerWorld LLC employee initiation and training session.
So either he never got a copy or he just never took the time to read it.

The parents of last year's newbie campers donated a lot of books to the library too but thankfully their donations did not include any copies of 50 Shades of Grey.
