Too bad. I still do often listen to WBLM, and I have loved that station in the past. You're right though, they are getting way too phony both with promotions (as listed above), and programming. I think their programming/audio (liners,etc) sounds like something you'd hear when a child pushes a button on their "Play School" toy....nothing but crappy, senseless audio! Advice for BLM: have a good time, make it interesting and clever, but please- DON'T SOUND SO DAMN FAKE!
I think that liner on the bone is correct at this moment, "As you get older, you also get softer." Sadly, that's what I am hearing out of the 100,000 watt, well known, classic rock flame thrower.
