Emerson Electronics will now be offering HD Radio in their product line:  http://www.marketwire.com/mw/release_html_b1?release_id=200969

Interesting in this article, they say this:  HD Radio technology is also being tested and adopted in countries around the world, including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Switzerland, Thailand and Ukraine.

Congrats - 10 threads in one day !  Cheesy  HD Radio will fail, everywhere.

Tested, but not yet adopted.
Only interim approval for iBiquity/HD radio from the FCC.

I guess you missed the (almost total) disclaimer at the end, which makes the whole press release pretty much meaningless:
