Petition to save KLLZ radio
« on: June 23, 2007, 05:15:04 AM »

Please save Z99!
The continued airing of Jack & Melissa on KLLZ-FM in Bemidji has prompted "fed-up" anger, and the formation of the "Save Z99 Team". We offer this comment:

Yah - she's STILL here...
Quote:

"Is Melissa (Queen Mel of the Midday...past life) still on mornings?"

YES, UNFORTUNATELY SHE IS STILL UP HERE. MANY PEOPLE ARE WONDERING WHEN PB BROADCASTING WILL "PULL HER PLUG" AND SAVE THE MORNING SHOW. Z99 IS LOSING A LOT OF LISTENERS BECAUSE OF HER. MANY TURN IT ON AFTER 10:00 AM WHEN SHE'S OFF. I RECENTLY SAW HER SHOE-BOX CAR GETTING A PARKING TICKET OUTSIDE THE STUDIOS, AND THOUGHT "GOOD!"

POOR JACK HAS TO PUT UP WITH IT..WHY WE DON'T KNOW. HE'S SUCH A CLASS ACT. THE DUMB JOKES AND THAT SICK LAUGH ARE GETTING SO OLD! AND SHE THINKS SHE'S SO DAMN FUNNY..UGH. I WANT TO PUKE!!!

We are trying to save a wonderful station from going belly-up. Please contact station owner Lou Buron with any concerns and/or comments. Thank You!

Don't send comments, send Lou money. Or spend money with his advertisers and ask them to support Lou. Remember, radio is a business, not an artform. Money talks if you want to save "your" radio station. Best of luck.
