Classic Hits 92.5 signal
« on: September 08, 2007, 06:54:18 AM »

Since KCOL is apparently broadcasting from their new tower, the signal in Beaumont and points west seems to be  better.  The audio is slightly better, indicating to me that at least part of the poor audio quality was due to the old transmission facilities.  There seems to be better stereo separation that I recall previously hearing, but where does the problem lie now?  I suspect the audio processing at the studio.  Any other guesses?
